Services in situ:
All the apartments are fitted with fully furnished kitchenette: 4 gas plates and electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, dinner table. Every apartment is also supplied with a satellite TV, independent heating, individual washing machine, bed sheets, towels and tablecloths, two bathrooms with shower, bidet, sink and WC. Hairdryer and iron are available upon request. Cots and high chairs, and Wireless connection (upon payment: Euro 4 a day) are also available.
Each apartment has a terrace with a panoramic view, fitted with covered gazebos and furnished with tables and chairs, a covered parking area and car rental during your stay upon request. Mountain bikes are also available and are included in the price.

The accommodation complex is situated not very far from the Chianti area and Siena, at the border with the Umbrian region, 3 km away from the E45 highway and 34 km from the A1 motorway, therefore in a strategic position to reach easily the most important Cities of Art of Central Italy: Florence, Rome, Orvieto, Urbino, Ravenna, Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Trasimeno Lake.
In the immediate vicinity: museums and cultural sites, antique trade, spa and beauty farm, horse riding, golf, tennis, shops and typical Tuscan and Umbrian restaurants.
How to reach “Porta Fiorentina”
CAR:
-From Milan-Bologna: A14 towards Ancona: ‘Cesena nord’ exit, continue along the E45 highway towards Roma-Perugia: ‘Sansepolcro sud’ exit.
-From Rome :A1 towards Orte: Orte exit. Continue along the E45 highway towards Cesena: ‘Sansepolcro sud’ exit.
-From Florence A1 motorway (autostrada del Sole): Arezzo exit: continue towards Sansepolcro along the S.S. 73 (state road)
TRAIN:
-Florence-Rome: Arezzo station. Continue towards Sansepolcro by bus (SITA bus service).
PLANE: Rome – Florence – Bologna - Perugia.

Weekly rates from Euro 600 to Euro 1000.
Rates vary according to seasons.
