Podere Il Fattoio
Situated between the Valley of Chianti and the Upper Valdarno, 3 Km away from the small town of Figline Valdarno, il Podere Il Fattoio is a typical 18th-century cottage offering its guests relaxing holidays amongst hills rich in woods, olive groves and vineyards.
The facility offers the possibility to spend some time in comfortable two-roomed flats made up of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, equipped with modern electrical household appliances, TV and balcony.
Services
The price includes: clean linen once a week or on gust’s request; electricity, gas, heating and final cleaning expenses.

Drivening along the Motorway A1, leave at Incisa Valdarno, take the Main Road SS69 in the direction of Figline Valdarno. Approximately 4 Km farther, turn right into the Provincial Road SP56 in the direction of San Polo in Chianti. There you will find signs to the Farm il Fattoio.

Prices
The price for the apartment large (up six beds) is 90.00 euros per night.
The price for the two-room apartment (up 4 beds) is 60.00 euros per night.
The price of the room with bath is 60.00 euros per night.
If the request of the apartment exceed 30 days the price is 550.00 euros per month expenditure gas, electricity, water included.
