Le Viste Estate is an oasis of peace, tucked away amongst the olive trees on the hills of Florence. There are only 4 rooms, luxuriously furnished, for an exclusive stay in a refined environment. The charming and peaceful garden, with the swimming pool and the gazebo guarantee an ideal relaxing stay.
Le Viste Estate is located on the most beautiful hills which surround Florence, only 6 km from the old city centre. Quiet, comfort and proximity to the old city centre, are some of the characteristics which make this estate particularly appreciable to those who wish to spend a very relaxing stay, in a reserved and charming environment. Thanks to its favourable position, it is possible to reach from the estate, in just a few minutes, the city centre and its most important monuments, the picture-galleries, galleries, wonderful museums and to participate to the cultural and fashion events which this city offers at every season. Furthermore, the estate is an excellent starting point for excursions and trips to the Chianti area, with its magnificent farms and castles, the medieval cities of Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, or historical cities like Arezzo, Pistoia, Pisa and Lucca.

BY MOTORWAY OR HIGHWAY FROM SIENA
Come out at Firenze Certosa
Take the Via Senese SR2 towards Galluzzo/Firenze
Once you get to Piazza Niccolò Acciaoli, turn left in Via dei Giandonati, then turn left again in Via Volterrana. The name of the road changes into SP4 (Volterra Provincial Road).
Turn right in Via di Vingone
Continue driving for about 2 km all the way to Piazza Kennedy (Vingone), turn left, go past a bridge and continue towards Roveta, Cerbaia.
Follow the provincial road SP 98, leaving Pizzeria Anastasia on your left, for about 1,5 km.
Turn left to the Mosciano area.
In Mosciano turn after the church (not sooner) in Via del Leone.
Le Viste Estate is situated down the road.
BY FI-PI-LI HIGHWAY
Come out at Ginestra Fiorentina and continue towards Ginestra and then to San Vincenzo, Scandicci.
After San Vincenzo, turn left at the crossing. Drive up and after a few km, when the road starts running down, turn right towards Mosciano.
Once in Mosciano, turn after the church (not sooner) in Via del Leone.
Le Viste Estate is situated down the road.
FROM FLORENCE PASSING BY SCANDICCI
Follow signs to Vingone-Colline or Mosciano. Get to Piazzale Kennedy (Vingone) and continue towards Roveta, Cerbaia.
Continue on the provincial road, leaving Pizzeria Anastasia to your left for about 3 km.
Turn left in the Mosciano area.
In Mosciano turn after the church (not sooner) in Via del Leone.
Le Viste Estate is situated down the road.
