Il Giglio Di Santantonio
Located in the middle of the Maremma Grossetana, the Holiday Farm “Il Giglio S. Antonio” offers a comfortable and refined country atmosphere, immersed in the peace and quiet of meadows, orchards and vineyards.
A really welcoming accommodation facility, open all year round, made up of four apartments, recently built, providing 2 +2 bed accommodations all characterized by different styles and colours, with separate entrance and garden, air conditioning, kitchenette, lounge and en suite rooms carefully furnished which can help you spend you days of full relaxation.
Services
Meal service opening soon (from summer 2010) including breakfast, half board and full board. We do not accept pets. Self-produced farming products sold. We provide all linen and towel change services.

MODE OF PAYMENT
The DEPOSIT is 30% of the rental to be paid by postal money order.
The BALANCE is payable on arrival (in Euros and cash) directly to the owner
Caution money: 150.00 € per apartment refunded on departure
The weekly price includes:
° Water, gas and electricity consumption;
° Hot and cold air conditioning;
° Weekly linen change;
° Final cleaning.
Kitchen towels and cloths are to be provided by guests themselves
The use of the SWIMMING POOL is always possible, weather permitting
Use of washing machine: 4.00 € per wash
Weekly: ARRIVAL ON SATURDAYS from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
DEPARTURES ON SATURDAYS A until 10:00 am
