Il Giglio Di Santantonio
Located In the middle of the Maremma, the Holiday Farm “Il Giglio di S. Antonio” is presented with a homely, comfortable and refined atmosphere. Immersed in the peace and quiet of the meadows, orchards, vineyards and olive groves, all organically grown. A welcoming accommodation facility recently built with a swimming pool, open all year round which has four apartments with 2+2 beds. Furnished with care and are able to offer full days of relaxation. All in different style and color, air-conditioned, free internet Wi-Fi, independent entrance and garden, kitchen area, living room and bedrooms with bathroom.
Services
With a small notice we can arrange breakfast, lunch and dinner for our guests using product sourced locally. We also sell self-produced farming products. We provide all linen and towel change services.
Free internet Wi-Fi and the use of the swimming pool.
We accept pets.

Prices
Prices SEASON 2014
LOW SEASON from 02-01-2014 to 26-4-2014 and from 28/09/2014 to 20/12/2014 (370 euro a week for apartment with 2 people*)
MEDIUM SEASON from 27-4-2014 to 28-6-2014 and from 31/08/2014 to 27/09/2014 (480 euro a week for apartment with 2 people*)
HIGH SEASON from 29-6-2014 to 30-8-2014 and from 21/12/2014 to 01/01/2015 (590 euro a week for apartment with 2 people*)
* is possible to add 1-2 people for apartment with an extra cost of 30 euro for person a week
We also accept daily and weekend booking (Low and Medium Season only)
Price per person 30,00 €/night
PAYMENT METHOD
The deposit is 30% of the rent by postal or bank transfer.
The settlement is to be paid on arrival (in Euros) directly to the owner by cash, debit or credit card.
Security deposit: 150,00 € per apartment be returned on departure
The weekly price includes:
° water, gas and electricity
° Hot and cold air conditioning
° linen
° Wi-Fi
° final cleaning
The pool is always available for guest, according to the weather.
Use of washing machine 4,00 € per wash
Weekly: COMING SATURDAY from 16.00 to 19.00
DEPARTURE Saturday until 10.00 am (We accept all major debit and credit cards)
