The farm Podere Il Pino is situated in the small village Pian di Rocca, only 900 m away from the Rocchette Beach. On a rocky promontory right above the crystal clear sea lies the Rocchette Castle. Beneath this cliff one of the most beautiful and unspoilt sandy bays of the Tuscan coastline around Grosseto stretches out all the way to Castiglione della Pescaia. This former fishing village and famous holiday resort is 5 km away and can be reached by bus or also by bike on a bicycle path along the main road. The historical centre of this charming town lies high on a hill between the deep blue sea and the surrounding green countryside and is dominated by its medieval town walls, towers and porticoes and an ancient castle that dates back to the 15th century.
From its tourist harbour you can go on daily cruises to the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. Also worth a daytrip are the nearby Nature Reserves: Maremma’s regional park (also called Parco dell’Uccellina) and the Nature Reserve Diaccia Bortrona, one of Italy’s most important marshlands. Furthermore you can visit the ancient Etruscan remains in Vetulonia and Roselle with their archaeological sites and museums.
The farm Il Pino is surrounded by olive groves and typical Mediterranean plants and it’s an ideal place for those who wish to enjoy a holiday near the sea but in a peaceful environment. We grow vegetables and fruit on our farm and we produce olive oil and wine. Our one-hectare-sized property is entirely fenced and provides our guests with a wood oven, a barbecue and several parking spaces. Each apartment has its private area in the garden equipped with a gazebo, table and chairs and deckchairs.

Apartment 1 (sleeps 3): large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, spacious kitchen, bathroom.
Apartment 2 (sleeps 5): large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, spacious kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom.
Apartment 3 (sleeps 10): 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom.
