Agriturismo Biologico con Terme in Toscana - Sant'Elge
Ethno minimal organic farm in ancient seventeenth-century Tuscan customs with access to hot water spas.
A historic house beautifully restored, where those who crossed the border between the Papal States and the Grand Duchy of Tuscany used to stop in search of refreshment.
The charm of such a history-rich complex has been carefully restored and is the destination for those seeking an exclusive, tastefully decorated place offering hospitality and genuine Tuscan taste.
All guests have at their disposal a porch furnished with comfortable sofas and cushions, a garden with an ancient tree under which there are tables, chairs, deckchairs, a gazebo and a whirlpool bathtub to enjoy unique moments of relaxation. Moreover, a music, cinema and library room is also available to offer cultural and interesting ideas.
There are 15 sleeping accommodations in single, double and triple rooms with private and shared bathroom, plus an apartment providing 4 to 8 beds and kitchen.

We enjoy cooking but also eating well!
In the Locanda della Gola you will find only organic products based on our farming or purchased from other local organic farms, meat from animals reared in the wild, pasta, bread and homemade sweets made using organic eggs, all at zero km.
We cook only with extra virgin olive oil and do not use any products containing either preservatives or colourings.
We are very carefully to those who suffer from food intolerances or are simply instinctive raw-food eaters, vegans or vegetarians.
We offer a menu of creative cuisine where ancient Tuscan recipes are reworked by our chef’s creative skill.
