Agriturismo San Luigi (Farm Holiday Centre) is situated in the Tuscan Maremma, in the open air between Castiglione della Pescaia "which can be reached within 15 minutes by car" and Marina di Grosseto "only 7 minutes away". Both resorts are by the sea, guests can choose if to make use of bathing establishments or the free beaches, along a wonderful Pinewood.
It is possible to reach other beaches within a short period of time; Principina a mare, Punta Ala, le Rocchette and the charming Cala Violina.
The city of Grosseto is 10 minutes away by car.
The structure offers hospitality in 3 apartments each measuring 60 sq m, and two double rooms or treble rooms measuring 25 sq m with a fridge-bar and an indoor private bathroom, all finely furnished, with particular care for cleanliness.
The apartments and rooms have an external porch or gazebo measuring 25 sq m for each accommodation, furnished with tables and chairs where guests can enjoy their lunch or dinner.
It can accommodate a total of 13 adults and 6 children.
Services
The farm offers ample green spaces and fitted gardens for adults and children.
At guests’ disposal; children playground, umbrellas, deck chairs, sunbeds, barbecues and bicycles.
You can park your car outside your own apartment.
You can taste the Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced directly by our farm, Podere Cetine on Mount Amiata, and the pure Maremma Millefiori Honey.
Trekking and a nature reserve nearby; "Diaccia Botrona and Maremma Park".
There is a restaurant at a short distance from the Agriturismo San Luigi, where a half board service is offered to our guests.
We collaborate with other typical local restaurants – bathing establishments and a manège with a beautiful stable, which organizes horse and coach excursions in the pinewood and by the sea, plenty of pony horses for children, with routes specifically created for them inside the manège itself.

Prices
Prices range from 350 to 980 euros per week depending on the type of rooms or apartments, but also with regard to seasonal demand.
In summer, it requires at least a week's stay, at other times of the year we accept bookings for one night, 80/120/160 from Euro per room
and Euro 160/200 for the apartments.
For this reason, we always suggest to request an estimate.
Included in the price;
Cleaning of the apartment before arrival and at the end of the stay,
bedroom and bathroom linen (with a weekly change), electricity, water, gas and use of the kitchen of the apartments.
Booking is accepted upon 30 % deposit.
The weekly rates for the apartments and rooms, in summer, are from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival is allowed after 4 pm – departure by 10 am.
