Agriturismo De Santis

The farm is situated in Castiglioncello, in a panoramic area overlooking the sea, in the heart of the coast of Etruscans, close to the most famous Tuscan cities of art. The estate is surrounded by olive groves, fruit orchards, vineyards and the wonderful Mediterranean maquis. The farm has an ample garden with a swimming pool, and few rooms furnished with a typical Tuscan style, with a private bathroom. Mountain bikes for relaxing trips in the country are also available.

Services

Prices include: Typical Italian breakfast with sea view, linen, final cleaning, use of the swimmimg pool and Mountain Bikes. Half board with typical Tuscan cuisine, with products cultivated by us: €25,00 including drinks. Additional third bed from €15,00 to €25,00 a day. Heated rooms with bathroom and TV.
No animals.

DIRECT SALE:
Our oil has the characteristics of the perfect taste, it is tasty and harmonious, due to very wholesome olives picked at the right time of ripening and pressed straight away. Agronomists carry out constant controls, to further guarante and certify their quality. Our farm adheres to the campaign in compliance with the EEC regulations.

How to find us: Exit the “superstrada” motorway SS1 at Rosignano Solvay, direction Castiglioncello. Follow the signposts for Azienda Agrituristica Simone De Santis. You will pass by the roads Via del Cotone, Via Lungomonte, Via Gordigiani. Our address is Via Boldini N° 5.

Prices 2010

from € 35 to € 50 a day

Price per person, including Italian breakfast with sea view, linen and final cleaning. Half board with typical Tuscan cuisine, with products cultivated by us: €25,00 including drinks. Additional third bed from €15,00 to €25,00 a day. Heated rooms with bathroom and TV. Free use of the swimming pool and Mountain Bikes.
