Il Molino del Tempo Perduto
A beautiful former water mill dating back to the late 1800's where the original milling room still exists with its large logs that, at the time, were used to crush wheat, corn, chestnuts, and whatever else could be turn into flour. Instead, under the mill itself, you can still find the natural caves where water flowed that once moved the millstones without the need for electricity. The farmhouse is located right on the ancient Roman road, which was the religious and merchant route that, from northern Europe, led to Rome and, therefore, the Holy Land.
The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 5/8 guests.
The Mill is set in a fairytale setting, both day and night, completely immersed in nature but, at the same time, just to two minutes from the main square of the charming medieval town where you can enjoy a coffee, an ice cream or a drink in the popular bar where the lottery was won in August 2009. In the same square there is a newspaper kiosk, a restaurant, a bazaar and, within walking distance, many other characteristic shops with local products and various services, such as post office, library, town hall, and whatever else necessary.

Services
We offer our guests free wi-fi and weekly linen changes (or more upon request: € 20). For maximum cleanliness and hygiene, the apartment is disinfected through an ozone system between guests.
Thanks to thick stone walls, it is very cool in summer, therefore, air conditioning is not required, while still warm and cozy in the winter. The common areas are the garden, the hot spring water tub that flows continuously, and a second hot tub in front of the millstone room. You may request the use of bicycles and also book horse-back riding and cooking classes (Tuscan, Emilian, Neapolitan, and Sardinian). Pets are welcome, and will have a large space where they can be let free safely.
You will have the possibility to dine in the town’s traditional restaurant for only 15 Euros per adult and 8 Euros for children under 7 years.
Services: Our guests can book an appointment with our therapist, an expert in naturopathy and holistic massage therapy, bio-energy massages, foot reflexology, energy balancing of chakras, and shiatsu massages.
In addition, you can always book an appointment with our psychologist, Dr. Ornella Trapani and/or Dr.Stefano Cotugno for:
-personal development and growth courses
-initial psychological counseling and final feedback
-family constellations aimed at undoing constraining ties with the past, in order to live a more complete present
-conscious breathing
-active meditation
-body work
Through these courses, you can have negative deficiencies emerge, as long with those difficulties that lead to closing up and suffering. They reinforce and build new ways to feel and listen to the others.
These also help to increase self-esteem and the desire to be true to yourself. They nourish the body and mind for better mental well-being and vitality.

Rates are € 30 per person for a minimum of 4 guests, € 20 for additional bed, and € 80 for the apartment for 2 guests. The rates are daily rates and include utilities and linens.
