Five small buildings very close to each other, renovated according to their typical features: that is Vignabella. The small houses were built in different years, from the beginning of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century (the last one was built in 1917), with exposed stones. The sizes of the rooms comply with those provided by the old builders. We created lots of passages between the old wine cellars and the animals’ small sheds, these passages lead to the dining rooms, sitting rooms and kitchen, which are always ready to welcome the guests. We decided to leave the old and historical terracotta tiles floor and exposed stones of the old arcades which support the house as they were... all that is surrounded by the green grass, age-old chestnut, cherry trees, pines and mimosas. During springtime, the bank of the streamlet, which flows through the meadow, fills up with wild narcissi. From the rooms you can see a wood, a meadow and far away mountains, beyond the river Magra…. there are squirrels who come and stock up on hazelnuts and chestnuts, pheasants who enjoy the grapes of our vines, wild boars, hares, robins and turtledoves.
Our breakfast is based on homemade cakes, D.O.P. (Protected Denomination of Origin) jams and honey, ‘Pecorino’ cheese and local cold meats, and bread baked in a wood-burning oven served over chestnut leaves, which you can enjoy in the dining rooms, sitting rooms or in the open, that is in the small courtyard or the terraces surrounding the B&B, whilst drinking white wine made from our vines. We are waiting for you!!

We have 6 rooms which can accommodate up to 14 people:

’Gialla’, with a French style bed (for one or two people) and an ample independent terrace at guests’ disposal;

’Rosa’, where, besides the double bed, it is also possible to add another two single beds;

’Glicine’ with a terrace facing the mountains;

’Lilla’, with a double bed or two single beds, sharing a sheltered terrace with the adjoining room called ‘Gli Angeli’, a double bedroom;

’Soppalco’, where besides the double bed, there is also an intermediate floor with two single beds.

They all have their independent entrance, private bathroom and TV.
Guests have also at their disposal an outdoor barbecue with a fitted area, drinking water, tables and chairs.
