Il Pavone farmhouse is located in Castelnuovo Val di Cecina, a charming mediaeval village nested in the heart of Tuscany, halfway between Volterra (a famous Etruscan city) and Massa Marittima, near the sea (Follonica). The farmhouse has been renovated in full respect of the traditional Tuscan architecture. It is divided into 4 apartments with private entrance and outdoor area and individual heating. It can accommodate up to 20 people. Ideal for groups of friends and numerous families, partly thanks to its large communal lounge with fireplace, table-tennis, reading areas, satellite TV. Outside you will find a wood-burning pizza oven, a barbecue, a car park and a swimming pool measuring 4x8 m. Here you can enjoy absolute peace, with a wide-ranging view of the surrounding countryside. The adjacent woods are ideal for hiking. Its central location allows you to easily reach towns of great artistic and cultural importance (i.e. Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra) as well as well-known seaside resorts (i.e. Punta Ala, Follonica, the Elba Island).
