La Palazzina
Situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in an ancient villa dating back to the beginning of the 19th century, it is a place unique of its kind for those who love original spaces and simplicity. Situated just a few steps from Palaia, an ancient medieval village, in a strategic position which allows reaching in less than 1 hour’s run the art-rich cities of Pisa and Florence and even the seaside.
Cosy flats with typical Tuscan period furniture for those who are looking for independence. They include an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, with possibility of one or two additional beds for your children. Each flat has its own outdoor area equipped with a table and a beach umbrella.

Children up to 3 years are accommodated for free and provided with a cradle.
Check-in at 2:00 pm | check-out at 9:00 am.
Prices include: bed and kitchen linen and towels (weekly change), barbecue, use of deckchairs in the garden, access to the swimming pool, private parking space, tennis table, mini volleyball, final cleaning.
Also available on request: additional bed: 10 Euros a day; Internet connection; heating: 3.50 Euros for each hour of use; breakfast: 5.50 Euros per person; brunch: 10.50 Euros per person; washing machine: 10.00 Euros per wash; bike hire: 5.00 Euros a day; dinner: 20 Euros per person; horse riding.

get onto the clearway FI-PI-LI in the direction of Florence
from the motorway exit Montopoli in Val d'Arno:
once you have arrived at Palaia, follow the road signs for Montefoscoli;
a little further you will find the road sign “Agriturismo La Palazzina” on the right.
For those whom arrive from Bologna Rome:
from the motorway exit Scandicci:
get onto the clearway FI-PI-LI in the direction of Pisa
