Ragoncino
The house, with its dovecot tower and stone walls, reflects the colour of the earth and dominates the horizon.
The apartments take their name after the car models produced by the car company Lancia as the owner is a passionate collector of veteran cars, and of Lancia models in particular. There are 9 two-roomed flats for 2-5 people and a four-roomed flat for a maximum of 8 people. Each has a fitted masonry kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom – in some of them there is a shower box with hydromassage.
Services
The appartments are air conditioned (cost on consumption). We have cafe and capuccino at the reception, ice cream, cold drinks and vine, beer. The aprking has a roof for shadow just like to gazzebo at the pool, sunbeds as well. We have a small wellness centre for winter period with inside pool, 2 solariums and Finnish sauna. We sell our own wine and extra virgin olive oil.

A1 - Firenze Certosa exit;
Firenze-Siena link road – Colle Val d’Elsa exit;
State road No. 68 towards Volterra;
Before reaching Volterra, at the junction on your right with the sign to Pontedera, take the 439dir state road;
Take the 439dir state road towards Pontedera and at the junction with the state road 439, turn left towards Saline di Volterra;
After about 2.100 metres, exactly at Km. 87+500 of the state road 439, turn right and drive along the dirt road which leads to Ragoncino.
Prices
A two-roomed flat for 2 person costs 330-700 Euro a week, depend on the season. It is possible to rent for shorter stays daily prices are between 65-125 Euro, additional person pays 10-15 Euro a day on the sofabed in the living room. The large apartment costs 690-1450 Euro a week, 120-260 Euro a day. The final cleaning amounts to 30-60 Euro. Bedlinens and towels are inclusive. Air conditioning or heating are paid upon consumption 0.50-1.00 euro/hour. Mountainbikes are 10 euro/2 days. Washing is 5 euro, ironing is 12 euro/hour.
