Agriturismo Terre di Toscana
“TERRE DI TOSCANA” farm holiday centre is a typical Tuscan cottage completely renovated and tucked away in the green Tuscan country where you can find a homely atmosphere, stay in comfortable and pretty apartments, which were recently renovated, with wooden beam or vaulted ceilings, and recreate an environment which is typical of country houses, with iron beds and wooden furniture.
If you like nature and tranquillity, you can find here ample spaces in the open air, where you enjoy all the peace of the place, have long walks or take advantage of the swimming pool with a solarium area or of the nice fitted pergola where you can have lunch, dinner in the open or relax with an excellent book.
The particular atmosphere of our cosy and comfortable rooms, the ample green spaces which surround us, the peaceful places make our farm holiday centre an ideal arrival place for couples, groups or small families, who want to rest; you can reach from here all the main cities of art (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena etc) and the coast in less than an hour’s drive.

Services
We do not provide catering, but there is a restaurant, 500m away, with which we have an agreement, and where it is possible to arrange for half boarding. We provide breakfast upon request during low and medium season. Our apartments are well fitted with dishes, pots and pans etc, so that you can prepare your own meals. We hire out bicycles and have a playground for children.
We sell our homemade oil and wine and offer free tasting of our products and local products. Our family is always at your disposal to advise you on exclusive restaurants and everything you may be interested to.

Via Boccanera - Soiana Terricciola (Pisa)
At the exit of S.G.C. (fast flowing road) FI-PI-LI "Ponsacco - Pontedera"
Once you come of the S.G.C. (fast flowing road), follow the signs to CASCIANA TERME. After the resort LA CAPANNINA, turn left and soon after to the right following the signs to TERRICCIOLA. Go through the towns of SOIANELLA, SOIANA and STIBBIOLO. After crossing the town of Stibbiolo, you will find a junction, turn left towards Santo Pietro Belvedere, after about 200m on the right, you are going to find Via Boccanera, the pink cottage on the left is “Terre di Toscana” farm holiday centre, the house across the road on the right, surrounded by Pine trees, is the owners’ home, where you can come to when you get here or for any problem.
By car from North
a) Milano-Bologna-Firenze-Roma (A/1) motorway, Firenze Signa exit, take the SGC FI-PI-LI towards Pisa-Livorno, come out in "Ponsacco - Pontedera" and follow the signs mentioned above.
b) Genova-Rosignano (A/12) motorway and Parma-La Spezia (A/15) motorway, come out in "Pisa Centro", take the SGC Fi-PI-LI towards Florence, come out in “Ponsacco - Pontedera” and follow the signs mentioned above.
By car from South
b) Roma-Firenze-Bologna Milano (A/1) motorway, Firenze Signa exit, take the SGC FI-PI-LI towards Pisa-Livorno, come out in "Ponsacco - Pontedera" and follow the signs mentioned above.
b) SS/1 (four-lane state motorway) Collesalvetti exit, take the SGC FI-PI-LI towards Florence, come out in “Ponsacco - Pontedera” and follow the signs mentioned above.
