Orchidea Bed&Breakfast and Apartment
LAST MINUTE: DOUBLE ROOM FROM 18/04/08 TO 25/04/08 _ 55 euros with breakfast
In the heart of the Tuscan countryside in an old villa dating back to the early nineteenth century, a place unique in its kind for those who love originality and simplicity. Situated a few steps away from Palaia, and ancient medieval village, in a strategic position which allows to reach, in less than an hour, the cities of art of Pisa and Florence, and the sea too.
Bed and Breakfast:
The furnishing of the rooms blends the old traditional furniture with a young and minimal spirit. You can choose a room with a private bathroom, with shower or Jacuzzi, with an Internet connection, air conditioning; state your requirements before you book. A large hall with a radio and satellite television is at the guests’ disposal. You will be able to enjoy an organic breakfast at the large table in the kitchen. In sunny days, breakfast will be served in the garden.
Apartment:
A cosy apartment, with traditional Tuscan antique furniture, for those who wish to be independent. A fitted kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, it is possible to add one or two beds for your children. The apartment also has its own space outside fitted with table, chairs and beach umbrella.
Services
Bed and Breakfast:
You do not pay for children up to 3 years old and are provided with a cot. Check-in time: 2 pm | check-out time 9 am.
The price include: organic breakfast, bed and bathroom linen, heating, internet connection in some rooms, use of deckchairs in the garden, access to the swimming pool, shady car park, table tennis, final cleaning. Upon request: washing machine - 10 euro for each wash, hiring of bikes – 5 euro a day, air conditioning in some rooms – 5 euro a day.
Apartment:
Compulsory finally cleaning: 40 euro. Children up to 3 years old do not pay and are provided with a cot. Check-in time 2 pm | check-out time 9 pm.
The price includes: bed and bathroom linen and kitchen towels are changed once a week, barbecue, use of deckchairs in the garden, access to the swimming pool, shady car park, table tennis. Upon request: heating - 1,50 euro for each hour being used, Italian breakfast 5,50 euro per person, brunch 10,50 per person, internet 3,00 for 30 minutes and 5,00 for an hour, washing machine – 10 euro per wash, hiring of bikes – 5 euro a day.

Mid Season 3/05-21/06 23/08-20/09:
510 a week, 85 a day
High season 21/06-23/08:
