Le Terre di Toscana
This farm is set in the natural hill landscape of the Cornia Valley, 15 Km from the prestigious Costa degli Etruschi (Coast of the Etruscans), 40 Km from ancient Volterra and 30 Km from the marvellous Massa Marittima. It is made up of № 10 flats arranged in terraced houses. Each flat has an entrance, a green area and independent central heating/air conditioning; made up of two-roomed flats with kitchen and bathroom providing № 4 sleeping accommodations in all.
Services
The restaurant adjoins the flats and is possible to enjoy half board on request. Animals are not admitted. The service includes bed and kitchen linen and towels, water, gas and electricity consumption as well as the use of the swimming pool. The service does not include heating/air conditioning and final cleaning.

In order to reach “Le Terre di Toscana”, you have to leave the main road SS.1 Varante Aurelia, exit Venturina (LI); drive on following the road signs in the direction of Suvereto-Monterotondo Marittimo; before the town centre of Suvereto, turn right in the direction of Monterotondo Marittimo and keep to the left; after approx. 8 Km, turn left in the direction of Canneto, Monteverdi Marittimo and after another 2+200 Km you will find the farm on the right side.
Prices
Prices are meant per week and referred to one flat; prices can change according to the period and week-ends only are possible as well depending on availability. During the period from April 11th 2009 to May 9th 2009 and from September 26th 2009 to October 31st 2009 it costs 550.00 Euros; during the period from May 9th 2009 to July 31st 2009 and from August 29th 2009 to September 26th 2009 it costs 670.00 Euros; from July 31st 2009 to August 29th 2009 it costs 880.00 Euros. In the periods specified above, if the guests are more than 4, the price is 450.00, 570.00 and 750.00 Euros, respectively.
