The residence Podere Casanova stands in the uncontaminated area of the Sienese hillock, 20 km away from Siena, 20 km from San Gimignano and 40 km from Florence. The residence is divided into 7 apartments finely restructured and furnished to the slightest detail, 5 in the main old country house, and two in a detached hut by the swimming pool, the cottage goes back to the first half of 1600. The apartments are of different measurements which range from 90 sq.m. with 5 beds to small studio flats with 2 beds.

For those who come from the South: A1 exit Bettolle Valdichiana, take the link Siena Bettolle E78 for 40 km, exit Siena Est, always straight to Grosseto, SS223 (trunk road 223), for about 10 km.
Turn right towards Rosia, SP 99 (provincial road 99). Continue for 6 km up to the fork Rosia town and turn left for about 5 km, get onto the SS 541 for Colle Val d’Elsa then after 3 km you will find the fork for PODERE CASANOVA.
For those coming from the North: motorway A1, exit Firenze Certosa, take the link Siena Firenze, once arrived at the Siena’s bypass, take the exit Siena Ovest, turn left and continue straight with the signs for Rosia for about 15 km, cross the town and continue for about 5-6 km. On your left get onto the SS541 towards Colle Val D’Elsa, for 3 km, on your right you will find the fork for PODERE CASANOVA.
