Torre Giordano
The Tower is situated in Asciano, a small fortified town in the heart of one of the most photographed areas of Sienese countries known as “Le Crete Senesi (Sienese Clays)”.
Torre Giordano is one of the medieval towers which made up the town’s old wall, dating back
to 1345.
Torre Giordano, recently renovated in an
impeccable way, has been perfectly furnished
with taste and great attention to details to
offer a comfortable stay to a maximum of
4 people.
The thick walls, typical of a medieval tower,
protect the interiors from the summer heat
and winter cold.
Those who wish to be our Guests will surely
appreciate being able to stay in a fascinating
historical building, built more than 650 years ago.
Services
There is an ample living room on the ground floor (where a sofa bed for two is also available),
a wooden and steel winding staircase which takes you to the first floor, where you will find a modern and well fitted kitchen (oven, stoves, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine) with an old fireplace.
The tower has two entrances, one on the ground floor from which it is possible to access the living room, the second is through a flight of steps which takes to the kitchen on the first floor. The bedroom and bathroom with shower are on the second floor.
There is an ample panoramic terrace on the roof of the tower, furnished with a table and chairs to eat outdoors.
