This farm holiday centre consists of two recently renovated apartments, fitted with furniture in an elegant farmhouse style and with care for details.
The apartment called Andrea has an ample living area on the ground floor with a fireplace, armchairs, satellite TV and kitchenette. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment called Elisa has, on the ground floor, a living area with a sofa for two, satellite TV, kitchenette, single room and bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a bed or cot.
The apartments are fitted with household appliances and bathroom accessories, such as hairdryers, soaps. We supply kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen, which is changed on a weekly basis.
Outside every apartment, there is a gazebo with table and chairs. Inside the garden, there is a swimming pool to cool down on hot summer days.
A covered parking area is situated outside the garden.
Il Bosco farm holiday centre is situated in the municipal district of San Giovanni d’Asso, city of truffles with plenty of areas to visit: Bosco della Ragnaia (wood), Castello (castle) and a small old Church.
Tucked away in the Sienese country, it is only a few km away from important and fascinating tourist sites, like Montalcino, home of the Brunello (wine), Bagno Vignoni, old thermal baths dating back to 1200, truly special with an old tub placed in the middle of the area, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Abbazia di Monte Oliveto Maggiore and the Crete Senesi (Sienese Clays). Siena, city of art with the famous Piazza del Campo (square) where the well-known Palio (horse race) is held, is only about 45 km away.
We chose to accommodate only a few guests (max 7-8) in order to guarantee a peaceful stay, and especially to create a friendly, as well as reserved, relationship with our guests.
