Casa al Prato
The CASALPRATO holiday home is in the hills of Siena, with a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside, which includes the Towers of San Gimignano, the Chianti Hills, Colle Val d’Elsa, Monteriggioni and Casole d’Elsa.
The 14-hectare (fully enclosed) property has olive groves for the production of extra virgin olive oil.
There are paths suitable for relaxing walks near a small lake and a wood with oaks and holm oaks, in which roe deers, horses and rabbits live free.
Services
The flats have a magnificent view that includes the 13 splendid towers of San Gimignano al Chianti, Colle di Val d' Elsa, the impressive Monteriggioni fortress, Montagnola senese and the medieval village of Casole d' Elsa. The guests can enjoy a large, fully equipped swimming pool (16.5 x 7 metres).
The holiday home has three small villas available to the guests. They are not directly connected to the rest of the property and have heating, internet connection, private parking and a large outside area with table, chairs and a barbecue for cooking and eating meals.

From Florence
1) Motorway A1 Firenze-Roma exit at Firenze Impruneta.
2) Take the highway Firenze-Siena, towards Siena and exit Colle di Val d'Elsa Nord.
3) Drive then towards Colle di Val d'Elsa , Casole D'Elsa.
4) Arrived at Colle Val D'Elsa turn right following always to Casole D'Elsa.
5) At Le Grazie turn left towards Casole d'Elsa , following then for about 7 kms until reaching a roundabout.
6) Turn right to Lucciana and follow for about 100 m and turn then right again for Lucciana.
7) Drive for about 900 m up the hill until reaching a curve with some cypresses: the gate in front of you is the entrance for Casa al Prato.
From Rome
1) Motorway A1 exit Valdichiana and follow towards Siena.
2) Take the highway Siena-Firenze towards Firenze and exit Colle di Val d'Elsa Sud.
3) At the stop turn left, toward Colle di Val d'Elsa and on the roundabout, continue for Casole d'Elsa.
4) Continue always straight on, for approx. 4.5 km toward Casole d'Elsa.
5) Immediately after the small, narrow bridge, turn right to Casole d'Elsa- Mensanello.
6) Follow always straight on, for about 8 km until reaching the stop sign.
7) Turn right to Volterra and follow for approx. 2 km until reaching a roundabout.
8) At the roundabout turn left to Lucciana and after 50 m turn right to Lucciana.
9) Drive for about 900 m up the hill until reaching a curve with some cypresses: the gate in front of you is the entrance for Casa al Prato .
Prices
The prices depend on the kind of house.
Per week: from € 550.00 to € 1190.00
Per day: from € 110.00 to € 190.00
The price includes bed-linen, towels and kitchen linen (changed once a week), wifi, water, electricity, cooking gas, use of the swimming pool and final cleaning. The price doesn't include city tax, max € 3 per person, children under 12 don't pay.
A € 150 deposit at the time of check-in is required.
Services available on request (at an extra charge):
Cot, extra change of linen, extra cleaning.
Pets are welcome for € 25 per week. Owners must look after them and clean up after them.
