Casa al Prato
The CASALPRATO holiday home is in the hills of Siena, with a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside, which includes the Towers of San Gimignano, the Chianti Hills, Colle Val d’Elsa, Monteriggioni and Casole d’Elsa.
The 14-hectare (fully enclosed) property has olive groves for the production of extra virgin olive oil.
There are paths suitable for relaxing walks near a small lake and a wood with oaks and holm oaks, in which different kinds of animals live free (turkeys, geese, roe deer, hares, rabbits, ducks, horses, chickens and goats).

The flats have a magnificent view that includes the 13 splendid towers of San Gimignano al Chianti, Colle di Val d' Elsa, the impressive Monteriggioni fortress, Montagnola senese and the medieval village of Casole d' Elsa. The guests can enjoy a large, fully equipped swimming pool (16.5 x 7 metres).
The holiday home has three small villas available to the guests. They are not directly connected to the rest of the property and have heating, air conditioning, private parking and a large outside area with table, chairs and a barbecue for cooking and eating meals.

Prices
The prices depend on the kind of house.
Per week: from € 550.00 to € 1190.00
Per day: from € 110.00 to € 190.00
The price includes bed-linen, towels, mats and kitchen linen (changed once a week), water, electricity, cooking gas, use of the swimming pool and end-of-stay cleaning.
A € 150 deposit at the time of check-in is required.
Services available on request (at an extra charge):
Air conditioning/heating, cot, extra change of linen, extra cleaning, Internet connection.
Pets are welcome for € 25 a day. Owners must look after them and clean up after them.
