Raccianello farm holiday centre is tucked away in the green of the Tuscan country, a few kilometres away from SAN GIMIGNANO, whose VIEW can be enjoyed from the gardens, terraces and swimming pool.
It is the perfect place for those who look for a relaxing holiday: the structure is in the country, but it provides easy access to the main roads, it has a wonderful swimming pool, with a Jacuzzi, and a wellness centre for MASSAGES.

We have 7 apartments located in the main villa and two barns, all renovated recently with care and attention to details.
The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 6 people.
Every apartment has a private outdoor space and a fully furnished and functional kitchen.
EDERA (2+1)
Edera is a very discreet apartment and it is situated on the ground floor of the main villa. It consists of a double bedroom, from which you can access a private pergola, a bathroom with a shower unit and a kitchen – dining room.
It can accommodate two people in the double bedroom and another person (two if small children)
CAMELIA (2+2)
Situated on the first floor of the villa, Camelia is our most elegant apartment.
It consists of a large sitting-room with a big fresco, a kitchen / dining room, one double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the country, and a bathroom with a shower unit.
The large terrace overlooking the towers of San Gimignano make up its uniqueness.
Camelia can accommodate two people in the double bedroom and other 2 in the sitting-room furnished with a sofa bed.
VIOLA (2+2)
Viola is a very spacious apartment, on the first floor of the villa, and it consists of a large double bedroom (with a bed for one child aged 4 at most), a sitting-room/dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower unit. It is a cosy and silent apartment with a balcony overlooking the surrounding country.
Viola can accommodate two people in the double bedroom (+ 1 child, maximum 4 years old) and two in the sitting-room, which is furnished with a sofa bed.
MIMOSA (2+1)
Mimosa is a delightful apartment on the ground floor of the main villa, with an independent entrance. It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower unit and a kitchen/sitting-room with direct access to a private garden with a pergola.
Mimosa is perfect for two people, but can also accommodate a third person thanks to its sofa bed.
GIRASOLE (2+1)
Girasole is situated on the ground floor of the villa and it has an independent entrance. It consists of a beautiful and bright double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower unit and a kitchen/sitting-room with a large main door from which you can access the outside, the room then becomes almost like a veranda.
Girasole is perfect for two people, but there is also a sofa bed in the sitting-room which can accommodate a third person.
IRIS (4+1)
Obtained from an old barn, Iris is a very spacious and bright apartment.
It consists of a kitchen / dining room, a large sitting-room, double bedroom, (overlooking San Gimignano) and a bathroom (with a shower unit). It also has a terrace before the entrance with a large dining table.
Iris can accommodate four people in the bedrooms, and a fifth person in the sitting-room thanks to a sofa bed.
This apartment is very comfortable also because of its air conditioning system.
GLICINE (5+1)
Glicine is our largest apartment, obtained from a renovated barn. It has two double bedrooms and a single room (with an additional foldaway bed), a bathroom with a shower unit and a kitchen / sitting-room.
It is a very comfortable apartment, because of its detached position from the villa, its air conditioning system and the space outside with a pergola for its exclusive use; furthermore, it is situated a few metres from the pool.
