Tenuta Il Palazzo
The estate is situated along the ancient Via del Sale (Salt Road) which linked Rome to Rimini. This ancient hamlet, which has been used over centuries as a tower-house, stopping place, monastery and farm, is today an organic farming firm and holiday farm plunged in the green of the Tuscan countryside, in a favourable position to visit Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Perugia, Cortona, La Verna, Camaldoli and the Valleys of Arezzo and Tuscany, rich in history and entertainment displays.
The late mediaeval hamlet is made up of 4 buildings and a manor; you can access through a long straight dirt alley planted with century-old mulberry groves and it is surrounded by a natural garden with Silver olive groves and precious vineyards producing the DOC Chianti Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée wines. The flats can accommodate 2 up to 5 persons.
Services
The estate is structured for weekly and daily stays.
On request it is possible to enjoy a breakfast service in the small lounge of the lodging farmhouse.
The facility id provided with rooms of historical preciousness suitable for conventions, congresses and events including the possibility of overnight stay for the partakers.
In our shop you can buy Organic Extra-virgin Olive Oil; Wine: Tuscan Red or Chianti Colli Aretini (produced in the Hills around Arezzo).

Leave the motorway through the tollgate of Arezzo; when you reach the roundabout turn left following the road sign AREZZO CENTRO. Drive along the by-pass up to the first traffic lights (about 7 km). Drive through the underpass, turn left at once following the road sign BIBBIENA (second traffic lights). At the third traffic lights run straight ahead (running past the Ipercoop Setteponti). At the first roundabout drive straight ahead (running past the Multisale, i.e. Multiscreen Cinema, or the Magnifico). At the second roundabout turn left in the direction of Bibbiena /Casentino, which will lead you to the main road SS 71. After 300 m on your right you will see directional signs to Antria and the Holiday farm (Agriturismo) Il Palazzo. Turn right at once. Reach the stop and start driving straight ahead for 200 m, where you will follow the last directional signs to the Holiday Farm (AGRITUIRSMO IL PALAZZO).
Prices
Weekly prices range from a minimum of 350 Euros to a maximus of 850 according to the season.
Prices for short stays range from 30 to 45 Euros a day per person.
