Agriturismo Porta al Colle
A farmhouse in Tuscany ( Maremma ) 9 kilometers far from Castiglione della Pescaia.
Ideal for those love the seaside, the animals and want a relaxing stay in a natural setting.
The structure is inserted in a farm imprinted on cattle breeding and production of energy from renewable sources.
Owner living in the farm.
Services
In the garden at the foot of the hill in front of the farm centre are eight, independent, ground floor flats ( about 70 square meters eachone), with veranda furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs for relax and barbecue, they have two bedrooms ( eachone about 14 square meters ), living room, equipped kitchen, and bathroom.
The flats can accomodate from 2 till 6 persons.
Swimming pool ( about 100 s.m. ) with panoramic view.
The dogs and the cats are welcome.
Own production grass-fed meat sale.
Free parking.

Included in the price: air conditioning, water, electricity, gas, set of bathroom towels, set of kitchen linen, set of bed linen, weekly cleaning service and weekly change of linen ( for overnight stay for at least 11 nights ), end of stay cleaning and parking.
The swimming pool ( about 100 s.m. ) has free access.
The tourist tax is not included in the price.
