This new facility is situated in the Maremma country (Roselle Terme-Grosseto area), 15/20 minutes away by car and close by resorts of a great historical and landscape interest.
Guests have at their disposal:
- 2 double bedrooms, each with its own independent entrance, with a private bathroom, hairdryer, air-conditioning, colour TV.
- 4 two-roomed flats (2+2), each with its own independent entrance, living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, double bedroom, air-conditioning, colour TV, veranda with a table and chairs, private garden.
- 1 bed sit (2 people) with an independent entrance, kitchenette, double bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, colour TV, air-conditioning, veranda with table and chairs.
Services
Guests have at their disposal an ample common space with an olive grove, fitted garden, barbecue and private parking. Furthermore, manèges, sales of typical products, restoration, etc, are only a few hundred metres away.
This facility does not provide restoration, but a few steps away guests can find Trattorias and typical Tuscan restaurants, which can be booked for all those interested.

For those coming from the North, A1 motorway all the way to Florence, continue on the Firenze-Siena highway, then Siena-Grosseto (E78); take the Roselle exit and, follow the sign to Castiglione della Pescaia, then take the S.P. 41 (provincial road) “Sbirro”. After about 4 Km turn left in the street Il Terzo 4: this facility is situated in this road and it is the third farm on the right.
For those coming from North-West (SS 1 Aurelia motorway), come out at Braccagni, turn right and follow straight following the signs to Grosseto. After about 4 Km, following the sign on your left to Roselle, take the S.P. 41 (provincial road) “Sbirro” and continue driving for about one and a half km. Then turn right in the street Il Terzo 4: this facility is situated in this road and it is the third farm on the right.
For those coming from the South (SS 1 Aurelia motorway) come out at Grosseto Centro/Roselle and follow the signs to Roselle. Cross the whole town for about 2 Km, then take the S.P. 41 (provincial road) “Sbirro” on your left, follow the signs to Grosseto/SS Aurelia. After 4 Km, turn left in the street Il Terzo 4: this facility is situated in this road and it is the third farm on the right.
