Molino di Bombi
The charm of an old mill, dating back to the 15th century, revives in this small village, plunged amongst the vineyards of Siena’s Chianti, not far from Castellina. The 6 apartments, obtained from the recent renovation, have preserved the warmth and the simplicity of the Tuscan country’s lifestyle. The fireside, the stone kitchen, the finishing and furnishings testify the past of this place and recreate its magic atmosphere. The houses can accommodate from 2 to 6 people; they all have an independent access with a private garden, fitted with a barbecue, table and deckchairs.
Services
Each apartment has: satellite TV, heating system, washing machine, iron, fitted kitchen. Some of them also have a dishwasher. The change of linen takes place every week. Small beds and high chairs are available for children. Outside: the travertine swimming pool, the ample park with oaks, cypresses, brooks and waterfalls, the terrace under the bower to taste the wine and the oil produced by the farm, the comfortable covered car park. Animals are allowed.

LOCALITA CORNIA Castellina In Chianti (Siena)
Once you get to Florence, take the motorway A1 towards Rome; come out at Firenze Certosa and take the link Florence-Siena highway towards Siena. Leave the highway in Monteriggioni and continue towards Castellina Scalo. Go beyond Castellina Scalo and turn right on the state road SS 222 towards Castellina in Chianti. At the fork turn right, towards Lornano Strada delle Masse. Follow the dirt road for about 3 km.
Along this route you will find signs indicating Molino di Bombi.
Prices
The apartments prices are on a weekly basis and they vary according to the season. The studio flats (living room – kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) range between 420 Euro and 650 Euro. The two-roomed flats (living room – kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) range between 620 and 980 Euro. The three-roomed flat (living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) ranges between 840 Euro and 1260 Euro. The rates include electricity, gas and water consumptions; the use of the swimming pool and the car park; the final cleaning. The heating is paid according to consumption.
